I am learning to write a story about getting a hair cut.

I can do this when I use capital letters in the right place.

Maths

We are learning to: work out addition problems up to 10 by finding the missing number

e.g. 3 + __ = 7

We can do this when:  we use material to help use work out the answer or imagine the 10 frame in our heads.

We can do this when: we listen to other peoples writing and tell them something they have done well and something they need to work on. 

It was great to listen to your writing and the way you took on board what you had to do to make your writing better from your peers. Thank you for listening to others and helping them by giving them feedback on their writing.

WE ARE LEARNING TO: look at the picture before we read the book

WE CAN DO THIS WHEN:  we can talk to other people what we predict will happen in the story after looking at the pictures.

I can see you are looking at the pictures before you read the book, this helped you to tell me what you thought would happen with the donkey and how he will get fed. Great work!
